so your saying pick up some 212 krc performance cams and a 68.5 mm fast man throttle body. an intake manifold which i still dont know where to find ha. and a magnaflow y pipe. as for spark plugs and wires. any suggestions on high performance?

mopar performance (i think 8mm) wires and stock champion replacment plugs the best for these trucks most anything else makes them run poorly

you dont have spark plug wires dude. its a distributor-less ignition, you have individual coils that power each plug... and a set of NGK v-power plugs are good for performance and not too expensive either. you could probably order a 4.7 h/o manifold from a dealer. try www.dodgeparts.com
you seem to be on the right track though.

oops my bad did not see that it was a 4.7 lol yea not wires(thats y i wasnt sure on wire size i have a 4.7 and dont need them

what kind of power gains are we talking with thefastman.com tb with and without krcperformance cams.... the cams tell me that i need the tb and gears and a flash and intake your looking at like 1200 bucks for like 40 hp is that right?

so i changed my spark plugs and just used the stock mopar copper ones, ive heard sometimes the platinum dont work as well and run rough sometimes. and well.... two things are concerning me right now:
1. in the sixth cylinder (looking from the front the third cylinder back on the left hand side/passenger side) where the actual arc is sent, that bottom half of the plug had oil on it, so im guessing that there is a oil leak into the cylinder. should i be overly concerned with this?
2. and second, my check engine light came about a week before i changed the plugs. could it be related to the oil leak possibly? i dont really wanna take it to dodge and pay them 60 bucks to hook the computer up. and our computer at honda can only tell me genaric codes.

what do you guys think?
