Default Cruise Control

Never really Looked into this, but ever since my engine swap cruise has never worked.

I would like to know what could cause this? The PCM has cruise before so that shouldn't be the prob. But however, I checked under the steering to see if it would work, but there was nothing there.

I am stumped. I am not sure if the cruise turns on or no. I don't have a working cruise light.

Couple thoughts
1) was it working just before you replaced the engine if it was
2) it could be that servo unit which consists of a solenoid valve body, and a vacuum chamber and three solenoids got damaged
3)Vacume supply hose not hooked up
There is also the servo control cable but thats less likely to be the cause.
