Default noise from back window

I was wondering if anybody ever had screechy noises come from there back window? the noise is there when the body seems to flex under a load and off a load, i have the sliding window in the back. I was going to have the back window reseal but when i got there the guy told me that my back window is no good because it is warp, one of the corners seen to stick out a little, that is the corner were the noise is coming from. he wanted $300 to replace it, i don't have that much money right now to get that done but i just wanted to see if anybody had this same problem.
thanks

I sprayed some liquid wrench around the outside of the window and drove it around but the noise is still there, this is making me double quest myself, i know that i can hear the noise coming from there.

the sound is coming from the upper passenger rear window, there isn't anything else there that i can see. do you think i can try wd40? i don't want to use the silicone grease because it is white and it will show around the window. i will give wd40 a try.

well today i had a chance to really take a look at the truck with my friend. we spray silicon grease around the window and the noise is still there, wield one of use was shaking the truck the other looked around, we pretty much spray everything under the truck, we came to the conclusion that it may be one of the body seams that may of came loose on the body, at this point we were not going to rip out the interior to look around, i guess i am going to have to live with this noise.

yeah i know how much of a frustration it is. some a-hole smashed into my tailgate while i was in school and didnt leave a note. i have a roll pan so the tailgate took the full force of the hit. anyway, the thing squeaks like a ***** because now it doesnt sit right. i just jammed an old t-shirt in there and closed it. it works for now but its frustrating as hell....
