And my truck isn't that fast for you guys, it's got equiv to 3.0 gears.

But when Im done my gears/swap i will have 4.1 about

There's nothing like running down a civic or any other riced out 4 banger who never sees it coming

 

if its a good vtec is miht have upto 200hp and 130tq but in a car that weighs half of your truck

 

who cares, that 200 hp is all at like 90000000000 RPM's, and 130 torque... please the 4.7 makes that much at like 1500 RPM's. hell my 3.9 makes like 225 tq at 3800. Theres no replacement for displacement. pwned

i can drop mine to 2nd from a 40-50 roll... you have the same gears to. You should be able to start in 2nd, use your torque to jump 1 car on him then shift to 3rd. I have a feeling his car might start pulling on you above 80.. so you want to get a good start.

 

yeah i figured he might start catchin up around there too he doesn't have an SI so its not a 200 horse model heres the stats for his car. 2262 lbs, ohc I4, 1.6, 127 hp and 107 torque. they took them up the mountain the other day but i had class so i couldn't go along to see how fast it really is maybe ill have to have him take me out sometime this week to see if it has any ***** at all, i doubt it though. i figure i have double horse, triple torque and double weight so i should be good.
