nope, someone stole the spare from the previous owner. i know, it sucks. the crack starts at the lip and is a lil over 1 inch long. enough to royally **** me over. before i start dealing with shiesty people and shipping prices on craigslist and ebay, i'm am gonna hit 2 or 3 of the local junk yards. i just wanna have it said and done by monday so i can drive to work.

sorry to here but see if there is a rim place around you, around me in NYC there are places that can fix rims.

mine came w/ a full size steel rim on the spare . . . and so did my dads so i think all daks came w/ a fullsize spare be it steel or not

they can fix rims or you can buy one from them... i looked and they do have R/T rims.

thanks for all the help guys. last night was one hell of a night . wink, yes i have been to that website before, im actually saving up for some viper rims right now that im gonna buy from them 295 aint bad. i found a craigslist one around here for 100, im gonna get it on monday. so, all should be well at latest by tuesday (knock on wood).

moe in wichita ks
never heard of a cracked rim. time to get out the tourch, brazeing rod and dotco. grove the crack, then fill it with brazeing rod. use a pencil to draw a wide line about 3/16 away from the crack, if you are carful this will stop the brazeing rod from going to far away from the crack.

brazing an aluminum wheel? not smart. it will simply break again, and the wheel will be off balance.

if you dont buy a new rim, have a professional weld the crack, somebody who does wheels,
to many things can go wrong on a wheel

+1.. and doing anything welding wise with aluminum is a pain in the ***.
