idk its a throw up if you have some money to do work that needs done that may pop up then yes if your hoping to not put really anything into it then no...the weird odometer seems a little fishy to me.

seems way too good to be true. what i would do if this was the case was ask him to come see it in person if you win the auction and tell him you want to bring the money in hand only. if he says otherwise, back away.

for the condition....naw theres better things out there...
