Well, I have no idea where to get any polished aluminum pipe from...?? Thanks for the good words Bryant, I have those pipes moved as far as I could before clamping them down....

You guys think some ABS pipe from Lowe's would do the trick?? Maybe a 90* elbow and a few inches of straight pipe? If I go that route, would I need to rubber couplers?

Man its gonna look ghetto, ABS pipe going into aluminum....

Hey Bryant, your a wealth of information man! I was doing some reading about that, and I guess when PVC gets hot it emits vapors that are VERY harmful to your body.... Man, I wonder if a Meineke type place will sell me a pipe and maybe custom form it for me.... I only need like 4 or 5 inches with a bend in it...

Thanks

yeah they might be able to or you might also be able to make a "shield" and keep it from getting that hot. I mean how close is it to your headers? Mine was kinda close but then i moved the pipes at a couple of different angles, making them longer and moving farther down into the corner. Might work or might not, just figured i let you know how i did mine.

try rotating the filter up and make yourself a support bracket, that should help out too. defiantly try to get a longer intake tube/
