those firestones got a poor review in ride noise.. i personally dont give a damn about road noise from the tires. that's why the radio is turned up. i got the firestone destination m/ts for winter conditions. cant tell ya how good they perform since we just got hit with a nasty snow storm a few days ago in northeast pa, but of course my truck sh*ts out on me the day before snow and still sits at the transmission shop on the lift all comfy, warm in cozy... now the roads are nice and clear, cant tell ya how they handle yet. but id go with the firestones over teh avons just cause they got better numbers in snow traction over the avons, but read all the reviews on the tires. remember buddy, it's your money, spend it wisely.
