Default turn signal issue & quick tire pressure question

Ok, first things first:
I have a 2000 Dakota 4.7 4x4 and both turn signals work... for a while. Then they will stay on solid. Give it some time they work for a little longer. I have no idea what would cause this, anyone have any thoughts.

Also I've got 33's... what pressure(s) do you guys run?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know the bulbs are good. I will check the connections when I get a chance. Thanks for the speedy replies.

DAMN YOU beat me to it i was gonna say to make sure you had enough (fresh, clean) blinker fuild, and then suggest full synthetic

but yea basically what everyone else said start w/ connections, check them all, then go to the actual blinker control unit (i think its under the dashboard) and the switch in the column
