Default help belt is screaming

hey guys I was wundering if any of you guys with the 2.5 have had trouble with an unstopable belt sqell? I have changed my alternator, and the pully on it I have changed my idler pully, and a new belt and it still screams. only with a load on the alternator. I have also boght a new power steering pump and put it on. I boght the pully for the power steering pump yester day wich I am going to put on this week end. do you guys think I should just replace all the pullys? I have checked them all and the bearings are all good, none of them loock glazed, so I am just fishing in the dark. I has done this sens I boght it back in 2006, with 79,000 miles. it is a 2000 modle, and now has 148,000 miles. any help or sugestions would be nice thanxs guys.
I am a diesel tech for internationl harvester, so I fill stupid having to ask this question anyway.

from one diesel tech to another, welcome, at this point with all the pulleys replaced, id check the belt itself, whether it's defective and or the wrong size. also, the pullieys could be misaligned.

while running (and squealing) hit each pulley with WD40 and see if it suddenly stops. good way to find the defective pulley.

also, +1 fox, could be a misalignment problem.

I have tried the wd40 trick that is why I replaced the alt. I was thinking it was a pully allingment isue, because the belt flops when it is screaming, and hits a bolt in the front cover by the alt. But why the hell would they be out of helter scelter, I havn't reced the truck or anything? how much belt tention do you guys put in on the 2.5? I just put a lot in, + the belt dressing, and it shut the screaming to a wisper, now the alt gauge isn't gowing down. but it is still wispering the squeek.

i got a 2.5l in my 98 dakota. very very slow! lol. it was my belt tensioner that was cause all the racket under the hood! i replaced it and never had a problem since and im coming up on 260k. i put it on at 200k. im working on my degree in diesed mechanics right now. going to gregory poole when im done! the tourqe of a diesel is better to me than how many horses you got.
