hey hey hey... nobody flamed you. i am sorry if any of my comments made it seem as if i wasn't grateful for what you have shared with us. It was just that the stuff you were talking about (this mmo) seemed to be the "holy-grail" of sorts and almost too good to be true. It was probably also the fact that no one else is familiar with this stuff that made us question its benefits. Please understand that this was in no way a question of your character, but merely a question of the product and what it is able to accomplish.

Hopefully this explains it and hopefully you will continue to share you insight and experiences with the rest of us.

Best.

Thanks for the help guys.

I think I'll try the vacuum line and gas tank first and see how the truck takes it. I'm due for an oil change in about 500 miles, so if it takes well to the gas and vac. line I'll give it a shot in the crankcase.

unclamp the power brake booster vacuum line, while the truck is idling pour it into the line slowly, if you do it too fast it will stall. after you get 1/3 of the can into the line with it idling, turn the truck off. then wait a while, the longer the better, i usually let mine sit for about 3 hours. after that go out and start it up, make sure you connect the vacuum line before you start it up or it probably wont start. next thing you know you'll be blowing out smoke, thats all the carbon and stuff thats building up in the combustion chambers. rev it up to about 2500 rpms and keep it there for a while. after a few minutes the smoke will stop.

moe- im not flaming you, its just kinda strange how you tell these stories all the time. I know what marvel mystery oil is and I think its a good product, I just dont use it. I have never heard of that transmission shop you always talk about but I suggest businesses on here too. the difference is, the places I suggest are like national businesses like hughes engines.

yes it cleans the engine...

and yes i put it in my oil.. i put about 3/4 a can in my vaccumm let it sit for about 10 min and then run it.. make sure you dont do it while its cold, make sure you let it reach running temp.

i also useally put about 1/2 a can in my oil and gas.

but i only do the oil when im about to change it..

ive used Marvel Mystery oil to try and lube my valve seals and rings...

not sure if it helped or not the smoke at WOT went away and at start up, but i also put in long baffles so my PCV woudn;t suck up the oil..

meh, both are good in my books.
