Default Lighting upgrade

Ok so my fog lights are nasty, they are scratched and discolored. One of them even has a bad seal so it blows bulbs when I hit huge puddles. My question is they seem to have a stupid mounting system that would make after market lights difficult to mount. Has anyone replaced these with better ones? My headlights dont line up at all and are discolored aswell.

I have ****ty OEM lights (headlights and fog lights) and thus cant see **** in the dark. Its winter now so its dark a lot now :/ I would like better a lighting system, Im shopping for headlight housings now but was wondering what people have done for fogs.

Ok one more question I just thought of, are yellow fogs better in bad weather? eBay has a set of smoked fogs (probably looks cool but now sure bout how bright theyd be) and a set of amber fogs (hence the question )

Ya my headlights are WAY out of wack. But they are aligned just messed up, along with my bumper and plastic fascia thing.

I have a set of 6" hellas Id love to cut them into the fascia! Theyd be hella bright (no pun intended(no really!))!!!

But I need new housings too tho. I do want HIDs tho but I need the headlight housings first at least. Which adds about $150 to the $150 and I dont have $300 yet. Gotta finish the ink first

But I am going to be upgrading to HIDs hopefully in spring or summer but we will see.

If you do get fogs, get 3000K HID's. The yellow light from the bulbs cuts through the fog and makes it look like its not even there. Best light by far for driving in bad weather (rain/snow/fog)

I assume that even a yellow halagon bulb will do the same? Im tossing around a few ideas right now. I found smoked fog housings (they look sweet and would be nice on my black truck ) and I also found amber ones aswell.

"3000K Xenon HID kits produce a deep golden light hue which is ideal for fog light applications. Yellow Xenon lights perform exceptionally well in adverse weather conditions, like rain, snow or fog. I personally use 3000K HID on my car as fog lights, they improve visibility quite a bit on top of my Xenon headlight s. 3000K Xenon car lights produce approximately 2900 lumens, about 3x when compared to traditional halogen bulbs."

that has never been proven, they have done test on this and have never shown any better visabilty. as a matter of fact, driving with yellow lights on can get you pulled over, chances are they wont, but the can..
