any of you rt guys or v8 guys run up on any of the colorados with the v8? just curious

they make v8 colorados? I thought they just had a inline 6 or 5 or something stupid like that.

Ive raced a few colorados, but they are not that impressive

yeah, they just started doing the v8's with 300hp so i don't guess there are many of them

lol.. I'm not nor have ever been a fan of anything chevy has produced.

And on that note, I will never own a chevy in my life.

The V8 Colorados are just out for the new model year, it might be a month or two before they start popping up. The V8 only comes on extended or crew cab models. Ancient 4L60 bolted up behind the motor, but it's still no slouch. Pickuptruck.com ran a 7.67 0-60, traction limited.

it doesnt matter, a colorado is still the ugliest "truck" on the road.

..... and completely useless. just like an S10 or ranger. too samll and weak to do anything worthwile. thats why the dakota is perfect!

No argument here...what good is a V8 if the *** end is on the bump stops when you load it! Same thing with Tacomas. Those leaf springs are one notch above a minivan.

Personally, chevs are my second choice below dodges. The V8 Colorado is my back-up if I can't get a Dakota witht he V8. Also, I like he Chevy Silverado SS more than the Ram SRT-10. It is a lot more practical and useful.
