I recomend if you want high quality... The rockford Fosgate Power series 6.5 inch... I just put 4 of em in my quad cab running off a punch 400x4 amp... sound pretty good... the Front door spearkers require some modification to clear the windows though. But look on ebay for the rockford foasgate power 162c speakers for sure! Also dont buy anything from crutchfield other than head units... (way over priced)... Try ebay or sonicelectronics.com they dont give you guides or install info but they are way lower priced.

yeah my front speakers are/were ok but were damaged when the amp went out. the sound shop then unwired them (due to the damage) so bascially i only have my two rear speakers in my truck.. eventually i will get the whole system replaced but can't do that till money is better

I installed 6.5in mtx 6001 component set speakers and I highly recomend them. I did have cadence component speakers in before them and the mtx's were a big step up in clarity and crispness. They retail for 200 bucks but I found them on ebay brand new for 120 dollars shipped, these are great speakers for the money.
