Nope, my 97 x-cab w/ sport package only came with one and a plastic cover over the second hole in the trim panel. Maybe an upgrade or different trim level item thing? At the time who had more than one item to plug in?

Thanks for the info guys.....Will pull the fuse AND disconnect the battery to make sure i dont electrocute myself lol.
