well yours is an 01, his is an 03. So no a big window to figure it out. If i knew where to look for t on the stock intake feed, i'd see if my 01 had it.

yeah i only ask because as far as i know, the 4.7 was basically the same up until 04 (maybe even later)... o well i still love mine

oh well mines the 3.9. but i may check anyways, since im considering looking at using dryer tubing to add an intake off the grille straight into the airbox.

IMO i would use something a little stronger than dryer tubing but yeah the idea works.

On the 4.7 ( if yours has it) it will be on the drivers side of the air hat just before it goes into the TB. You have to look under the air hat to see it.

Thanks.....I still havn't decided what color to paint it. I think after I do paint it i'm going to put some kind of heat shield around the bottom half of it.

I'm not sure. It depends on what the SCCA ruleook considers "stock". So i proably wont be able to do it. tailgate cant be removed, either.

big.bryant...Not sure what year it started but my 2004 4.7 has it. I had to relocate it when I installed my CAI too.
