Default New R/T owner with a tranny issue

R/T PICS ON PAGE 6!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2000 Dak R/t jan 7/09 and now I'm having a transmission problem. The check engine light came on and now I've lost 1st gear and overdrive. The truck won't shift into either gear. The problem comes and goes at random. Anyway, pulled the codes and this is what I got.

>>>PO753-Trans 3-4 solenoid circuit

>>>PO743-TCC solenoid circuit open or short.

This is my first dodge and my first vehicle with an auto so I have no idea where to begin. I'm still learning the truck.I'll pickup a haynes manual tommorrow but maybe you guys have some ideas till then.

id be checking the wiring maybe a ground or wire is corroded along the way more than likely near the transmission or the plug is bad.

Just an update on my tranny situation.

I brought the truck into Mister Transmission 2 weeks ago. In that time they have put in 10-15 hours of labor into trying to find the problem.
First we replaced the relays and the truck worked fine for a day. Then they went through all the wiring and checked harnesses but everything was ok. We dropped the pan and replaced the shift solenoid and it still didn't fix the problem. They have phoned down to some specialists in miami and even the specialists could not figure out why the problem persists. Next they were going to replace the computer with a used one, however after a quick phone call to dodge, dodge said an existing computer can't be reprogrammed and a new one must be installed and programmed.

The thing that confuses everyone is that when the truck decides to shift normal it still throws the codes.

I was also informed by mister transmission that the pan has been dropped recently and that the relays have been tampered with.

So now I'm am dropping the truck off at the dealership on monday. Hopefully they can isolate the problem to the computer and we can replace it.

I am also going back to the place I bought the truck and demanding they pay for the dealership repairs. I have owned the truck less than 50 days.

Any input, opinions,or ideas you have are welcome.

Thanks. I've always loved the sound of a v-8! Calling a honda fast just never really made sense.

Fired and hung is good. I'd prefer shot and pissed on. I will say this, this truck was my first vehicle with an auto. Never again!! Manual transmission only!!!!
