and i may do that... the only problem is i only have 4 days over spring break that i can get all this **** done to mai truck...

any of yall got aftermarket brakes?

nope, but it may help, im not sure i would spend that kind of money on pads though, rotors sure, but pads will still wear out

Unless you plan on road racing it, I don't see why you don't just use standard rotors and pads. Those aren't worth the extra money for just daily driver. Plus you have a manual you hardly need the brakes.

so i'm not the only one that feels the stock brakes are horribly, HORRIBLY lacking?

I remmeber seeing in speedway illustrated little 1" long deals that go between the hard lines and the MC, that kept a 5 PSI preload on the discs and 10 PSI preload on the drums. I can't find the website anymore....supposed to increase brake response time and make the pedal harder or something. don't think they'd work though..?

they're required for vehciles that have the MC below the axle lines, they seem to work pretty well. If wilwood makes em and advertised em in speedway illustrated, i can't see it being a bad thing...might be worth a call?

Well if hes paying... lol

I know the stockers aren't too great but with a manual you don't need to be slamming on them anyway.
