yeah you are right but since money isn't an issue in the situation, might as well take advantage of it... it also gives me a reason to re-do my sig

chit you're right...i think that's cheaper than orielly's! too bad i already did my fronts!

remember that slotted rotors are directional!

For the rear discs, older V8 Grand Cherokee disks are pretty much a bolt on. You'll have to redrill the rotors to 6 bolt (the bolt circle is the same, 4 1/2") and fab up something for the parking brake. Just make sure you get all the parts from the Jeep axle and the brake proportioning valve. Jeep guys have been doing this swap for a long time.

Actually there are lots of parts that can be swapped between Jeep Cherokees / Grand Cherokees and first and second gen Dakotas. Example, rear axles, both Cherokee and Dakota used 8.25 units, and are exactly the same width flange to flange and between the spring pirches although they used different axles, and dif carriers.
