engine swap
what...no i dont roll that way..im not ghay
its an interesting idea, but @ batty, i hear what you are saying but i much prefer new skool to the old purely mechanical carbs n crap... UNLESS it was an original 426 or a 440 six pack...
haha well it is an original carbed 360,
they've been around longer than you, its not like hes converting a new 360 to a carbed
the top cars in the NHRA are carbed, you can get a lot more power out of a carb
old school or not

in other words, owner doesn't really know what it is?
neither of those numbers sound right for a big block...be a super short stroke.
I know Chevy put the block number on the passenger side deck right in front of the head, on the pad right over the water pump, or on driver side deck behind the head. Dunno where Dodge put it?

Well, I was doing some research on the engine, I've only looked at it once. And by where the distributor is located(right front). It would possibly make this engine a B series motor. Not sure though going friday took look for displacement, right front of block.
LOL, actually those are both big blocks... I know it's rediculous that they would make that small of a big block when you can get the small block up to 416 CI.
