Question Quad-Cab Cap Recommendations?

Hello everyone,
I own an '04 4.7l 4x4 Quad-cab and I am considering buying a cap for the bed. Can anyone give me any recommendations on brands/models since I have NO clue where to even begin. We have a 'Cap World' that is fairly close but I don't want to go there without knowing anything.

Thanks again and fantastic website!

Just ask questions there. Seriously. Its Cap World. If they arn't knowledgeable about what they are selling, you probably shouldn't buy from them. Ask questions. No question is dumb if you honestly don't know the answer. Tell them you've never had a cap before, you don't know what caps are high quality and what aren't. They should be able to point you in the right direction for your price range and quality. They should also be able to help you figure out what type of cap to get. Aluminum, fiberglass, windows, no windows, etc, all depends on what you want to use it for. Do you want to just have to cover over the bed so nothing gets wet? or do you need to store important work related items that can't get wet, but also need to maybe put a ladder on top?

All these questions should be asked. They should help you out. Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you don't ask, you'll never find out the answer. So I say just go and start looking around.

Good luck with your search.

Just off the top of my head Leer and A.R.E. are the two most common brands I believe. Not really sure who's better but I think they are pretty even.
