Def vacuum. When you have rpm's spiking when just taping the trottle or even cutting out sometimes, its a vacuum leak. Now you just need to pinpoint where it is. But it didn't do it with the stock intake correct?

Well the air cleaner you have on there shouldn't be causing a problem. I'm not sure why it screwed up your vacuum, but maybe try putting the stock one back on and if the problem persits you know its else where.

i put the stock system back in there and it runs perfect now.
