Buy it and install it.. Hah. You need a wideband a/f monitor which can datalogg map voltage, rpm, and throttle position to ensure a dead on tune. When you run a high boost #, that is when bigger injectors and fuel pumps and motor internals come into play. You can run 6-9 psi all day long as long as your tube is correct!! yeah it looks pretty complete it just sucks that its a remote setup those always seem to encounter problems.

It says it comes with a 12psi wastegate spring... could i run that on stock internals or is that going to be pushing it?

A waste gate is controlled by a spring, which determines at how much pressure when it opens. It is good UP TO 12psi of boost, meaning if you run 6psi, your fine.

There isn't a lot of know how, it's pretty much a bolt on addition, minus the exhaust tubing etc. The wideband will be added into the header which is a series of wires etc, but the directions are straight forward. I will try and get some exhaust pictures for you, so you have a better idea.

I just don't know the purpose of turboing a QC 4wd truck...
