i dont think a HEMI in a dakota would be bad.. ive seen the viper engine in the dakota..a cummins...a hemi.. i was concidering doing a project truck getting a r/t dakota and putting a viper engine in it..but i just cant afford it right now..to many payments as it is...

 

Haha well put your nose to the grindstone and you could do it.. itll jsut take a bit more time

 

like loud says junk jard engines have way 2 many miles
and on rebuiling this engine. would cost 2 much
guys at dogde shop kinda f..... me here they broke one of the tensioners on the timen chain. have to buy the whole time chain to get tensioner. they quoted time chain at 500+. they said they fixed it but lol. costed me close 2 600 to put an oil pump in there. i'm thinking reman and do it my self. my home town dodge shop really sucks.

 

but i really like this truck and its fun 2 drive. so an extra 3000 would be worth it 2 me.

any 1 heard of city motors n dallas? r they good?

well if every thing goes 2 plan i hope to have my truck running better again. damn time n chain clicken is driven me crazy
