In your thread name it sounds like someone else broke your window but in your description it sounds like it broke by itself
Like loud pedal said, take the panel off, there normaly, at least in older vehicles held by scrues and clips but it might be hard to get the switches or the plugs behind the switches unhooked

Ah yes, I was just raging because I do not want to fix it.

There is a cable loose hanging around, I read online that i'm going to have to replace the regulator?

no need to replace. If you take the regulator and motor out of the door you may find that the lower cable guide (looks like a half circle) has come off. If the "ears" on the back of the guide are broke do this....
File the broken area flat so it is almost even with the regulator track. Then find a small bolt, nut and washers. Then drill a hole through the center of the cable guide, using the "pilot: hole that is already there. then bolt the guide back to the track, rerun the cable and reinstall. HINT... The lower cable cover that looks like a bicycle brake cable cover rests in the the lower cable guide, NOT the actual cable. Plug it back in before you reinstall and check to make sure it runs properly. I wish I had taken pictures of my repair that I did yesterday. Any questions please ask.

I don't have to know you to understand you. The way you respond to simple statements that weren't directed towards you shows me that you have a bone to pick with everyone because something happened in you childhood. Possibly you were molested by an uncle or an older brother, maybe even your step dad, I don't know.
