And you're right about the suspension, all those things might need to be replaced in a vehicle with ~100k miles. As a matter of fact I just replaced the ball joints and shocks on mine and im only at 110k.

The OP can go ahead and buy it, but just be ready to work on it a lot...
Lol, that could make anyone bitter! And a similar situation to your's... my sister's first car was a '94 honda civic with 18x,xxx miles on it. In the 7 years she owned that car, it needed a new engine, new transmission, new radiator and water pump, and several smaller sensors and stuff under the hood. Trust me, I understand that a lot of high milage vehicles cause a lot of headaches and nightmares, but properly maintained, any vehicle can last a long time. Thats why I told the OP not to base it on the milage, but find out about the maintenance and anything that has recently been replaced.

That's key and the truth. My father's best friend has an 02 f-150 but he takes really good care of it. It his 315k miles on it and he hauls a snowmobile trailer back and forth to Vermont from Connecticut all winter and has been for years. Original motor and trans and still runs good.

i can think of one particular first gen dakota no go back with the v6 that is sitting at 350k (roughly) still runs daily
I know I got $303,000 miles on my Dodge and it runs like a champ it runs like a brand new car and they ain't lost no power nothing it's at 3.9 l I say dodge are pretty good cars you just got to watch for oil leaks and it using oil but the most I've done to my Dodge is put brakes on it and I think I changed the battery but yeah I think they're good truck I believe my dad Dodge is going to go at least 400,000 miles or more
