Default O2 sensor removal

Hi everyone
I bought an 04 Dak 3.7L with 112,000 Km 2 months ago. This thing is a real gas guzzler with a 75% highway average of 18L /100Km or 13 miles/gal. After reading several posts here, I decided to try cleaning the O2 sensors. No dtc's registered after scan. But when I got under the truck, I can't even access the wiring plugs to disconnect the 4 sensors. They are located in some cramped space above the tranny. Any special trick to disconnect them?
Also, upon checking the relay and fuse box under the hood, there is a space for an O2 relay. Should there be a relay in there? I am thinking the previous owner took it out so it would not light up the CEL when I purchased it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank's
Don

all i can say is good luck trying to remove those suckers. I tried for about 2 weeks finally got one out with about half a bottle of WD 40 but then i couldn't get to the wire connection. A stupid design by dodge IMO. maybe if you have a lift it would be easier.
A shop wanted like 300 bucks to change them all. I said no thank you, ill deal with the bad mpg.

Yes this does look like it is a PITA to disconnect these. Wonder if it would be better to cut the wires and install some kind of plug where it can be reached. How about the sensor relay question?

Getting to the O2 sensor connectors is a b!tch - it takes three hands, yet there isn't even enough room for one!
There must be a special tool that facilitates this. I gave up and paid my local shop $45 to R&R my supplied O2 sensor.

I removed the left post cat O2 today for cleaning and testing and it was fine. I was finally able to disconnect it. Purchase an O2 socket but no space for it to fit properly. I was not strong enough to budge it with my 7/8 wrench. I finally tied a ratchet tie down to the wrench and the tab and held the wrench in place while ratcheting the tie down. Worked like a charm and still have all my knuckles intact. Will let you know when I figure out how to remove the other 3.
