Exclamation Help register truck

I have write to embassy of USA of Belgium to have information to be able to register my car in the USA,because in Belgium we have a technical controleach year and viewpoint modifications they are so severe.(ex:for a lowering kit ,i must provide a lot of paper and certificates and is not yet won).
The embassy to me answered that was possible and that i was possible and i was to contact the DMV.
Somebody could it help me or say to me what i must do like steps.

You will need a us address, someone you know preferably. This could be possible to do, but i'm pretty sure it's probably highly illegal. Your a citizen of another country, with a vehicle from another country. I just don't think it would be a great idea to try.

But why do you want to register in the us? just because you want to get around the vehicle modifications laws?

According to the embassy, it is possible.
I saw on the internet that we could have an address to his name in Florida, ideal as I command all the usa(parts for my truck, american native decoration,clothes, ***elery )
and thus saving postage and also because I love the USA.
