Finally Got my Body lift & shocks put on my truck !

Default Finally Got my Body lift & shocks put on my truck !

Well after 7 hours we got it all done, Thank Gawd my Dad & Mike lilman came over to help me it wasent as easy as I thought , lots of stuff had to be moved or raised up. Check out a couple phots here then Ill incled a link to more in my photo bucket. I still have to make some Gap guards for the bed & front so Im looking for some Rubber mat is anyone has any for me to make my own they want $100.00 for a set online screw that, lol All it is is Rubber mat & some self tappers , ill make my own. Let me know if you have something laying around?

The Kit 3 in Body lift with all relocation brackets , & I bought 4 Procomp 9000 Nitro shocks there for 0-2 in Suspension lift I might go 2 in on the suspension not sure yet Ill see after the 33`s are on the truck.

I still have about 5 in of clearance into my garage the 33 in tires will take up about 3 in of that so Ill have a 2 in clearance to get in the garage.

holy tiny tires batman!!!!!

look over there!~!!!!!!!!

looks nice....all i have to say is that is a PITA because we did a 8inch body lift on a f350 at my old job and it was a god damn nightmare

Ya Tires & Rims are next , in order to buy my stuff I have to sell something or do some paint work, Im not allowed to use our savings or credit cards, lol. I should have a set here in a couple months no big hurry , the tires that are on it are brand new. But if anyone wants to buy me rims & tires Ill be more then happy to take them , lOL!!!

what did you do for the small stuff that you needed to extend like the 4x4 selector and stuff like that? did extensions come with the kit?

Yes the Kit from Summit racing came with everything you needed to extend stuff & all bumper re location brackets. It wasent that it was hard to intall just time consuming but man I love it.

Im a HUGE Camaro fan Ive owned 8 camaros in my time I will only drive GM or Chrysler products , I even have a Chevy Bowtie tattoo on my back, lol. Im hoping next year to buy the brand new camaro or the new Dodge Challenger havent made up my mind just yet.

Im not sure in the tires just yet but I am going with some simple Black Rims not the wagon wheel ones I think the ones with the Dots.

lol im messing with you i will drive anything that was made before 75 doesn't matter who made it, ive got a 55 chevy truck tattoo on my arm

i would love to do a body lift on my truck but i dont believe i can because of my brush gaurd
