i blacked out mine with black spray paint i put like 3 coats or so on them you could barely see them at night from 100 feet away and this was 3 months ago and just last week i got pulled over for them being to dark so i took mineral spirits to it and wiped it off with a towel and now im goin to do the niteshade now but just not as dark.

 

looks like this dude was able to do the taillight ram symbol.
