So I'm deciding on getting a few mods. First I'll get the cheaper one, like a bed rail clamp light bar for 300, superchips then finally a lift kit. I got a quote for a 3inch suspension would be around 1700, and about 400 more for a body lift. Is that fairly good price?

It always feels good when you got one bill out of the way. Then you can do whatever you want with the extra money. Go with the lift kit first!
