New update. I sent my body parts off to get painted. Should have them back soon.

Also when i do the rebuild, im going to replace the bottom end and up the compression a bit closer to 11:1 or 12:1 Compression ratio.

Im getting a set of KB Flat Top Pistons, forged Eagle I-Beam Connecting rods, and new rings, and bearings.

Also im going to top off the whole thing with a 100shot of nitrous.

photos of the parts ill be ordering shortly.

Thats how i was with my 1st R/T. Impatient and i did everything half ***, and spent a lot of down time doing **** over and over again.

By father built a new shed out back, so he gave me the old one for all my parts.... Its getting to be a lot.. pretty much every bolt on, cosmetic thing you can add to these trucks is laying my garage.

I know if i take my time, have everything planned out, and done all at once, it will come out better then ever.

When im done, ill be happy. Then after that its time to clear out the garage for a engine stand, and build up my 408ci 6.7L low compression boost beast. Ill have a 11.0:1 compression fully built 360ci 5.9L and a 8.5:1 fully built 408ci 6.7L Turbo. To many guys having problems with high PSI supercharges with belt slip. So might as well spend the money and do it right with a Turbo.

I hope it does look good and run good when im done, with a 3/4drop notched frame, for a 4/5 drop (that includes the factory 1in on the r/ts) 20" R/Ts with some 275/35/20s and all the cosmetic work. I think it will look good. 20" will only be on the truck for truck meets and photo shoots, everyday driving will be the stock 17s

Some updates, parts have not came back from painter yet. Should have them soon, although in the meantime ill be installing C-Notches in the frame for the 4" Shackle and Hanger setup for the rear.

I have taken the bed off, and took off some un-needed parts and shields, maybe another 5-10lbs of weight shredded off. Not to bad.

For now thats all im going to do, when i install the hangers and shackles ill be taking the bed off again, and cutting off a lot of excess things, like the old exhaust hangers, spare tire holder, and some other things should be good for another 20-30lbs.

Also going to sand down and coat the frame and anything else, with rust resistant stuff.

O yeah i forgot, my radiator took a **** on me 2 days ago, had to drop 400$ to get it fixed, 200 for radiator, 100$ for new upper lower hoses, and 60$ in coolant... so that set me back a little, that was my funds to have my parts powder coated.

Here are some photos of the progress so far.

Yeah a lot of weight i need to hook up. I took it for a spin to the firework stand and it was muddy (hurricane bull**** here in TX) mud got EVERYWHERE and everyone was looking at my truck it was funny.

More photos tomorrow after the notches go in, and im going to clean up the frame and paint some **** if i have time.
