well its gonna be used as a daily driver but I think it I could make it look a little meaner, maybe drop the running boards and possibly give it a small lift? and I know the 3.9L isn't the best but it saves money haha

Maybe some nicer looking rims? I dont know the one on now aren't bad but I think black rims like the ones you have on your truck Abels
Id like to use it offroad a bunch, which would be why Id like to lift it and remove the runnign boards for clearance.

And hey I have one more question, theres those hood things above the window that are glued on, any tips on how to remove that without damaging the paint or leavign a mark? Thanks guys

those window visors are most likely just held on with automotive tape(which is rated to 200mph lol) so its hard to get off, shouldn't damage ur paint just getting the residue off will be a little hard, i suggest leaving them on they come in handy if its raining and u need a little fresh air.
thanks on the rims they are moto metals, also look into cragars they are dirt cheap and look good off road i prolly wouldn't run a larger rim so you can have as much sidewall as possible
one thing that you won't like about ur truck is the lug pattern, unfortunately there like only 4 cars that use this one, dakota, durango, viper, and pathfinder, which really limits ur wheel choices, ull also have to pay attention to backspacing if u are planning on doin a suspension lift, i know if u wanted to lift a 2wd u can't over 3.5" backspacing

I would get some new tires, either a little meatier or more roadie. I would get rid of those running boards though.
