Smart sucker maybe, these plugs have been proven to be better than a high end reg. plug, better emissions, hp, gas mileage etc...I am a old guy where I have learned you get what you pay for and the fact that I have to replace 16 plugs makes it a little more $$$...But I love my truck ...I will let you know if I notice any of the above, won't be until late summer. And I don't like bling bling haha...

This poll all depends on what engine you have too. For the 3.9/5.2/5.9 its pretty much a given that the autolite 3923s are best.

For the 4.7 I think the NGK 6987s are best... but so far I don't see anyone else in here with a 4.7

I just put Autolite 3923's in my 3.9 and it completely changed the way it accelerated....When I ran Bosch 4+'s it used to ping real bad.. When I pulled out the Bosch plugs, they defintely looked like they were to hot of a plug... I'm going to add some Granatelli 8mm wires to top those plugs off.. As of right now the Autolite 3923 has lived up to its reputation!!

3923's but might try a set of 24's to see if there might be an improvement in warm up performance.

I have to go with Bosch I have used them in all I own. Best plug I have come across, I had a set of autolites in my 81' Ram truck ran like crap. My 00' Dakota has 4308's, my 81' Ram has 4037's, and my 07' honda foreman has 7957's. Bosch gets my vote!

Really i've read up on the e3's couple months back and most owners say its not really even worth it. With the price of them your better off to just buy a good brand product like NGK. Now im stating what I have heard and I havent personally tried them but by some of the users reviews Im not going to waste my money on them. Plus I know the 3.9,5.2 and 5.9's seem to only like the autolites. Since my truck falls under the 5.2 category that looks like the only plug I will be buying lol

I think the reason everyone uses Autolights are few have tried anything else. Price wise Autolights are the best but then again they are a cheap plug. We are going to try NGK this year and see if it makes any improvement especially up in the higher RPM range where I burn huge amounts of fuel.
