Sorry to say but it sounds like your tranny is on it's way out. I've read so many people having similiar simptoms and then 2 weeks later its getting rebuilt. If it makes you feel any better it happens to everyone with a 42/44/46re lol.
EDIT: Ok it happens to 98% of them becuase I know someone is going to come on here and say it never happened to theres and they have like 300k miles on it.
