Tune up questions
Well im finally getting around to working on my truck. For the past couple months ive been getting really bad mpg as low as 6mpg and as high as 10 mpg so I figure with 86,000 miles its time for a good tune up. I figured with the money I have been making from scrapping its time to put that money towards my truck allthough I wish it were aftermarket stuff but oh well. anyway im doing plugs, wires, maybe new rotor and cap and o2 sensors clean the map sensor anything else I can do to maybe help my mpg also any good brands to use I know our trucks like the autolite plugs but not sure o2 wise?

Definitly do cap and rotor too. For the few dollars they are, you might as well since you got it all apart.
Check your air filter too...
Clean your TB
Just make sure your tires aren't too under-inflated, that never helps gas milage.
And you shouldn't need o2 sensors unless you have CEL telling you so. It's a pretty expensive thing to do if there isn't anything wrong with them. If your o2 sensors think there is a problem, they will tell you.

Well I thought that would most likely be the problem of my mpg I have a code p0443 but I thought that wouldnt be the source of my big drop in mpg everything seemed fine until I put my exhaust I dont know if that just happens to be coincidence or what. Ill take out my o2's and test them just to make me happy lol
