Default Clutch fan delete?

I have been scouring the threads for awhile now and can't find a honest "how-to" clutch fan delete. I got the logiest of it but how do you actually do it step by step?

this is how i did it
step 1: relieve tension (take off belt)
step 2: place c-clamp on pulley to hold it in place (will wedge between water pump)

step three: use a big a$$ wrench to remove fan

u may need to use a sledge if fan bolt wont loosen

the biggest increase is not having to listen to the fan anymore. Your truck will be fine unless you a - have no electric fan, or b - live in a really hot area.

Notice any increase in mpg so far? Probably nothing measurable, but just wondering. I'll be taking mine off once I'm home for the summer.
