Hmm, I never thought about it from that angle. I guess with a product thats so widely needed and will be needed for a long time, competition doesn't really mean much. Good point!

we're victims...They can charge whatever they want..and we really cant do $#!% about it...you think the GOV. will step in? HELL NO... Pres. Obama campaigned for a greener america when he was running...before he ran, he drove a Chrysler 300c, now he drives a prius...he said "im ok paying $8 a gallon of gas" he predicted that would be the cost of gas in 2 years...

I think it's a terrible idea for it to be a traded stock. I mean, I don't know enough about to really develop a strong opinion either way, but when the economy starts going up, oil goes up. When the economy starts going down oil goes down. But as soon as it starts going up, people can't afford it anymore, busnesses have to charge more, it effects everything. Therefore bringing (or helping to bring) the economy back down. Its like a catch 22. I don't know... seems like a bad idea to me. But again, im no stock broker.

Rofl ables. Yea OPEC is what i was talking about, thanks madison. Bpark its greed that drives those companies, they are not out to make our lives better, just to get rich, then get richer. Politics is so bad for everything! Thats why the world should be run by firemen or loggers like those nextel commercials LOL!
