That is not in any way a limited slip differential. In fact, that isn't a differential at all... its a homemade spool.
Anyway, I have 2 Chry 9.25" rear axles both with over 100k miles and neither of them show any signs of wear at all. Here is one of them while I was rebuilding the limited slip diff with new clutches and putting in 4:10s (this one had about 130k at the time this picture was taken):

That is too a limited slip differential. It's njust that rather than clutches, the limited slip is controlled by how much the axleshafts are willing to twist before snapping.

Its a Tired ole 4.0 l6 with 216,000 miles it isnt going to snap them axles. I know a guy that did the same thing in his 94 silverado with 6in of lift and 35's and he drove it on the road all the time never broke loose on him.
