Default What ive been up to the last three months

Well i graduated college and moved back to Vermont and went back to work full time at the freightliner dealership as a tech. shortly after being home i had to put the 4th transmission in my truck and it had less than 85,000 on it. I loved the truck, but i had gotten to a point where i didn't trust it anymore and i felt like i couldn't rely on it anymore. So i traded in my truck, they gave me 7500 for it which i was impressed and i put that towards my new truck which is a 2007 toyota tacoma 4x4. i love this truck. I kept it stock for a while, but that didnt last long. i built a headache rack for it. (used to fit in a full size chevy, cut 8 inches out of the middle of it and welded it back together and painted it with bedliner. put in a 3'' suspension lift. and 285/75R16 goodyear wrangler duratracs on american racing black tactic 16x8 rims.

I basically told them how much I could afford for a monthly payment and they adjusted the trade in value to where it made my monthly payments something I could afford. They really wanted the sale.

Nice looking truck, probably would look nice with a black bull bar or something on the front....just my opinion.

How on earth did you got through 4 trannys? lol. I mean, I could see the first one because it's a Dodge, but then you would think the second one would last. Something must have been wrong/not lined up for it to go through 4 trannys. Was the truck salvaged when you bought it?

I hate tacos, but I do like that color. And yeah I would just ditch the plastic box and get a nice aluminum one.
