Default Got the build sheet, now I have questions

OK. Got the build sheet as called out in another thread. Lots of good info there, to read it you'd think I bought a small tank!

I have a few questions about it though. Bear with me, I bought it used, it's my first truck and I work in electronic repair not as a mechanic.

1. GXRP Keyless Entry - I assume this means I should have a fob. Didn't get one when I bought the truck. Anyone know where the receiver module is so I can see if it's even in the truck anymore?

2. RCKP - Infinity Speakers - I assume this means I'm supposed to have the 100W amp built in. I'm pretty sure my head unit is wired to the speakers and not through an amp. Anyone know where the amp is so I can figure out if it's there also?

Here's the build sheet overall. If anyone has any ideas on what I can also do to improve the rig, let me know. It is my daily driver and I do depend on it to work.

the keyless receiver is build into the lock system, it is still in there. you can buy fobs on ebay and have the dealer program them to your truck. is the factory radio still in the truck? my aftermarket i put in is using the amp, depends how you wire it up.

Had to remove the factory radio due to an overheating issue with it. If it ran more than an hour, it would start cutting in and out. Bought the aftermarket with free install and I'm pretty sure it's running straight to the speakers. If I knew where the amp is, I could easily figure out if it's still in use or not.

when the new radio went in they would have to run new wire to the speakers or post amp. i dought they did that on a free install, i wouldn't. ill check on the amp local, but it should be high in the pass kick. ill get back to you

On the amp, the reason I ask is that on every wiring diagram I have seen it shows that if you have the Infinity tweeters in the door then there is an amp but I can't find anything on it's location. If that is true, then somewhere along the line it's been bypassed or it doesn't work.

Look under the passenger seat. If you have an amp that's were it would be.
