That's a ground wire, look around the area on the engine where the wire will reach to, there will probably be a bolt with a threaded stud on the head, put it there, if there isn't one, attach it to an existing bolt to the block or cylinder head or a beefy bracket without straining the wire (don't use an intake manifold or valve cover bolt)
