Default Want to make sure I have everything straight

Okay so it's been a while since I started planning all of this. I finally have a break from work to get all of this done. I have the taurus efan and the dccontrol efan controller. The electrical aspect of it all doesn't intimidate me.

I just want to recap to make sure I have my mind fully wrapped around everything that I need to do in order to ditch my clutch fan and upgrade to the taurus efan. Taking out the clutch fan consists of holding the waterpump pulley still and then putting a wrench on the nut between the fan and the pulley? Then take out the stock efan.

Once I have both fans out, I'll work on fitting the taurus efan and it's accompanying shroud to make sure it all fits. I'll trim anything off if necessary for it to fit. I'm gonna make it all fit with the stock shroud.

I'm going to knock this out in the next couple of days.

I got it all done on Thursday. I am very pleased with the results. The Taurus fan does the job of both of the old fans. The dccontrol controller also appears to be doing just fine now that I have it on what I believe to be the correct temperature setting. It took me about 8 hrs total but I spent a lot of time trying to work on fitment. Then it took me an hour to get the freaking lower shroud back on. I'll do a more detailed writeup in a bit.
