Reason we still have the same tires is with dodge they have great styling and the 20's they put on there set if off but who can afford to put 1,000 worth of tires on a truck and mind you those are cheap street tires. I think we will prob sell the 20's and either get stock 17's or aftermarket ones.

Not bad price but my front 2 tires are still pretty good so ill spend the 275 and just get 2 rear tires.

My girlfriend had a set of Goodyear Eagle LS tires (cheaper all season) on her g20 and they last 9k miles!!! They were completely bald after only 9k miles. They were always kept properly in flated and rotated every other oil change. Although that was only once seeing they only made it 3 oil changes.

I was so angry that a company like that would even allow that. They're a named brand tire. A tire like that should make it to 40k miles with out a problem. I will probably never buy a Goodyear tire again because of it.

Sorry to rant but that is pretty uncalled for. Hopefully the Bridgestones she has on there now will last a lot longer.

Yeah I know what you mean we have uniroyal laredo tires on our jeep grand cherokee for being a cheaper tire so far 20k on them and they still look new Have preformed well other than I had to put a plug in one thanks to a piece of metal. Made it everywhere this winter but prob would be diff if it was selectable 2wd ours is in 4wd mode all the time its like 25% front axle and 75% rear then when it slips I think it kicks 50% front and rear or something like that.

I have a cheap sub brand of bridestones called kelly tires. I must say that their all terrain is really good off road and also grips moderately descent on the road. They still look brand new after 15k miles and the tread pattern looks sweet.

Especially the rock ejectors! lol I think i paid 110 per tire! It was a pretty good deal! But I will definitely be putting Nitto's on my truck next time!

+1 on the Firestone Destination A/Ts. I have the 31s. Here they are in that exact size:

I picked them up at the local Firestone shop for $435 out the door. Local places are often open to the lost art of bargaining. Get your wife (or a female willing to pretend) to go with, have her hold the money, and have her be the "bad cop." The guy will sympathize with you if he is married or has a girlfriend and will want to help you get your tires so you can get your truck back on the road (presumably to get away from the "bad cop" who is being at least noticeably obstinate at the tire shop). Worked for me, anyhow, to the tune of $100...

I am not going to see 85,000 miles out of them due to a suspension problem that ate up a big chunk of the inside tread on the front before I noticed it, but that is my fault, not the tire's...I will get 50,000 out of them without problems (currently at 44,000).

I love the Nitto's. I think it is a great a/t tire.

My friend has a 82 cj7 and he has a no name brand tire called trail cutter or something like that and he has 30k miles on 33x12.5x15's and they STILL look brand new. He airs them down a lot too when hes off roading and does a lot of off roading. He only paid $110 a tire for them and they are 33s.

I don't know. Sometimes you can get lucky with no name stuff, sometime you don't.
