Thanks guys! I was hoping to get into selling these and other style of bumpers. It might be a bit low in front but he is adding a suspension lift as well. Also it is up a good distance from his front axle height so he does have some decent clearance.

I like the idea of it come back on more of an angle underneath. Its all custom so a few changes in cad and I would have it. I was thinking of using Solid Works but 3D autocad has been working well. I also can add materials and render them but I don't think weights are involved like you say.

nice design on the bumper, with a lift it will look even better. i worked with autocad and other programs and its good for actual measurements and building but the rendering hasn't caught up with the other programs.

are those lights behind the grille? if so what size?

Not sure. I know they are not legal for driving on the road as they are a higher wattage from what he told me.

ahh ok, but yeah, thats a tight squeeze. i always like the look of the fogs or lights in the front grill, with cutouts. kinda like the new mustangs but for a dodge. ive see a photo of it done on durango dakota forum but i cant find the pic now.

you mean when they cut into the crossbar on the grill and set the lights into it. looks awesome but i dont think id cut into my grille maybe if i had an extra. i've thought about putting them between the bars on the grille where i have mesh inserts now. like 4 55w's should be overkill.
