Wheels - Cragars are nice. Good for offroad, cheap. But I like Eagle Alloys polished aluminum ones: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/AEW-0589-5864

Shocks - Monroe reflex are great shocks and recommended by a lot of people on here. I bought mine at Napa and they came with a lifetime warranty.

Exhaust - This depends on what you want. Do you want it as loud as possible? Just a little louder than stock? Something in between? Although I see your sig already says you getting a Borla one...

Nice truck btw.

For exhaust, i'd highly recommend to replace your existing muffler to a Glasspack. Purple hornies work good, Or cherry bombs!! Great sound!

magnaflow single cat back + dual exit is a wonderful option as well, made my 3.9 sound like a beast.

Thanx. Needs a good paint job though. I dont want a real loud muffler just an aggressive sound. Im thinking Borla because not many people have them and they make most cars sound good.

you guys know i'll say hooker aerochamber for something that sound amazing (especially when you have a friend drive and actually hear it from behind) and that basically noone but me has especially on a dakota, shocks i got rough country nitros for like $145 shipped from JCwhitney love them on the Dak loved them on my Jeep, intake cheepo ebay cold air or cut some holes in the stock box and drop in a k&n...also replace the box off the throttle body with some abs or pvc all you need is a 90 degree elbow and some straight 3" pipe and you can delete it.

honestly aeroturbine 3030 makes a really good sound muffler for our truck. its basiclly a quiet"ish straight pipe.
