first thing would be to make sure everything is reconnected correctly.

i hear nothing energizing or activating, the lights dont even indicate which mode i am in, the lights come on at start up, then go off , then 15-20 secs later service 4 wheel indicator on dash comes on, screwy thing about it is everything worked fine before rebuild, and Driveline Advantage did only mechanical work to case(which was cracked in 3 places so they rebuilt internals)

ok, so you didnt actually give them the truck, just the case? I was thinking maybe they fiddle'd with the dash switch or something.

Sensor, like everything else, probably has a voltage that you can read. I'm only a 2wd so I cant help much there...
