Default Tire size on a 03.

Buyin some tires for my 03 dak, its stock, and i was thinking of putting something like 31/10.50 BFG MT's on it, will that work? Out of the BFG's that sams club sells, what would be the bigest size i could fit with out rubbing like crazy?

I have 32/1150/15's they are a bfg a/t I had to crank my torsion to get them to fit but doing that also leveled out my truck so it needed done anyway. Mine rub only on full turn but it isnt much.

As long as its 4x4 you can fit 31's no problem.

You can go with 32/1150/15's if you crank your torsion bars you will need to get it aligned tho if you do crank them.

Get the front of the truck off the ground. Crawl under the truck with a big socket and ratchet and tighten the bolts you can either count threads on the bolt so you have it even on both sides or you can park on a flat area and measure your distance from your tire to your fender. I did mine took my about 15 min and gained 1 1/2 to 2in in the front. When I got mine realigned it was only off a little bit.

Oh also if you have trouble with them you will prob have to spray it with pb blaster to get them to break free but mine was fine.

My tires are 265/75-16 31.6in and with the bars cranked they only rub under hard turning sometimes (not always). So I would think you get 32.6-33 if you were willing to do some trimming. I thought somebody here has them and said that was he had to do. Anything 33 or over needs a lift.

does your truck have 15's or 16's if its 15's you can fit the 32x11.50's since thats a 15 inch rim size but if they are 16's you'll have to get the 265/75-16's like rpowell just said about since that is a 16 inch rim size. I haven't ever seen a standard size for a 16 thats why Im asking but they will both fit like people say with the torsion bars crannked. There are lots of threads on here how to do it try a search.
