Want another way, from Dodge, that's specific to the 4.7...

Fill the system and the coolant reservoir.
Put the radiator cap on and close the reservoir cap.
Start the truck.
Run it at 3000 rpm for 10 seconds.
Shut it down.
Remove radiator cap and refill.
Install cap.

I know, it sounds crazy but it does work.

^ thats what i did last night when i added my headgasket fix.
