I'm not sure now, it was about 3 years ago I replaced it. I think now they are asking about $120 list. Give them a call.
$120 isn't too bad; I'd probably buy one at that price. OEM batteries tend to be high quality by default, because car manufacturers don't like having to replace them constantly on new cars under warranty, which they would be doing if they were junk.

Mines an 09 wrx with some goodies on it....you can definitely tell when it's running, must say I love my car. Low 12's in the 1/4 outta a 2.5 4 popper that gets 28 mpg is nothing to knock.

I understand completely what your saying.. I do.. I'm not a fan of WallyWorld bats, because down here in Tx it seems anything electronic in their stores seems to crap out..

I've never ran their Maxx series, so I can not really comment.. I've ran their middle grade products and they all have seem to had problems.

Maybe its just bad luck.. I do not know.. maybe they are peddling their reject junk like they do with their cloths, Tv's and radios

Not sure.. I'm sure every brand has their defective items.. maybe the one's I've always seen had some problem were just lemons and not a true reflection of the brand..

I had a 9-10 year old Die hard silver in my old truck.. replaced with a walmart battery it was bran new and had it tested 3 places because of a slow start (dragging) Walmart told me it was my starter.. 3 places said it was the battery.. Took it back and demanded a replacement.. 4 times.. until finally I went and bought a Die Hard battery and worked like a champ..

The walmart battery.. I traded in as core... as they would not honor the money back guarantee after it been replaced so many times..

Guess its just me I'll forever stick with Die Hard/Interstate or Kinetic batteries being I run car audio.. these days..

I called the local Chrysler dealership. He said the group 27, 750 CCA Mopar battery (P/N 56027302) lists for $117, and they sell it for ~$87. They have two in stock. That's a pretty good price for a good battery. I'm going to buy one.

Thanks for the feedback.

No, it's not a bad price. For kicks I looked at Sears, $129.99 for their Diehard Gold.

Not bad...Good to know. Hopefully I find someone useful at the dealer, or just get my buddy to hook me up.
